THMNS LV withdrawable switchgear is developed and designed by our company in accordance with the present situation of domestic LV switchgears. It is suitable to be used in the electric power system of rated frequency 50~60 Hz, rated current up to 6300A, rated voltage 660V and below. It can be used as the controlgears of power generation, transmission, distribution and transformation. Therefore, the switchgear is widely used in the power plants, substations, mines, petroleum industries, chemical industries, high buildings and other power distribution areas.

Product features:

• The main structure of the power distribution cabinet is made of C-type profiled bar or punched Al-Zn-coated steel sheet. All structural components on the frame are galvanized, and fastened by self-clinching screws and class 8.8 hexagon screws. Based on the specific needs, the corresponding door, sealing plate, isolated plate, installing support as well as those parts and components like bus bar, functional unit and the like are added to make up a complete set of equipment.
• Five standard sizes are available with the draw-out type functional units, namely, 8E/2, 8E, 12E, 16E and 24E. With the total height of partition room as 72E, flexible configurations can be optional from 8E to 24 E.
• There is mechanical interlock between drawing functional unit and the cabinet, so that it can meet the operation requirements.
• The equipment’s functional rooms are isolated each other, including functional unit room, bus bar room and cable room.
• Adopt high intensity inflaming-resistance plastic elements, to realize high safety.
• Standardization, modularization and intelligentization. therefore, the installing areas are greatly reduced.
• No requirement for special complex tools, easily installed.

• Short time max. temperature within: 40℃ , the max. temperature over 24 hours : 35℃ , the min. temperature: -5℃ .
• For the service condition of the measuring instruments and protecting relays, please refer to the special explanation of the service condition from the manufacturers.
• The normal service climatic environment should meet the requirements specified in IEC439-1 and GB7251. the ambient relative humidity should not be greater than 50% when the ambient temperature is 40 ℃ .
• The indoor place where the switchgears will be installed should meet the requirements specified in the related standards. Proper ventilation and heating should be added if frosting may appear.
• The technical parameters should be lower than their rated parameters when the switchgears is used at altitude greater than 1000 m , or at the ambient temperature higher than the above-mentioned temperature.
