YB-12 Pre-installed Substation

| 1. General |

YB-12/0.4 pre-installed substation is used as assembly device for power transformation, power distribution, compensation, control and protect in power distribution system rated 10kV. Besides transformer, there’s 4-position (or 2- position) load switch, protection fuse and plug-type fuse on HV side, there is control and distribution device, compensation device and meters on the LV side. The insulation and arc extinction medium are transformer oil. It can be used in the civic buildings, virescence zone, park, station, quays, hotel, building site, airport and so on.
Product features:
- Totally airproof, high insulation , small size, compact structure, high safety.
- Used in ring main and terminal power supply, the cable connector can frequently plug in and out under 200A .
- Use the overall protection with double sense fuse or stand-by fuse.
- Corrosion-proof design., special spray-paint.
- Low noise, high lightning protection capability.
- Intelligent undervoltage controller installed on LV side, to ensure the safe operation of power supply.
- Low loss, high overload capability.
- Equipped with phase-loss protection device.

- Ambient temperature: -25 ℃ ～ + 40 ℃
- Altitude: ≤ 2000m
- Relative humidity: daily average relative humidity ≤ 95%; monthly average relative humidity ≤ 90%
- Free from fire, explosion, heavy pollution, chemical corrosion and severe vibration.
- The earthquake intensity ≤ 8 degree
- The degrees of inclination of installation ≤3 degrees
- If the service condition differs from the above , the user should consult it with manufacturer.
